What we offer


Unlimited calls for general advice and guidance about issues that concern HR or Line Managers. We will help you with specific health related enquiries, give you guidance on your Duty of Care and advise you which of your benefit programmes could be utilised.

Absence & Employee Health Management

Our service lets you choose who to refer to us and when to refer them. The three levels of support are:

  • Information gathering, usually by telephone, written report with recommendations for a return to work
  • Supportive case management, telephone based or face to face, counselling, report with return to work plan.

Intensive case management for complex medical conditions or severe mental health issues and psycho-social return to work barriers.

New Hire Questionnaires

Your bespoke New Hire Questionnaire will allow you to meet your Duty of Care by pre-emptively identifying any reasonable adjustments required in the working environment.

Night Worker Questionnaires

There is specific legislation designed to support night workers. Our tailored questionnaire will help you to identify issues that any of these staff might have and our experience will help you to help them to achieve maximum health efficiency.

Pre and Post Natal

Pregnancy isn’t an illness but adjustments will help an employee to remain engaged in the workplace. Professional advice to new parents and their line managers will mean employers meet statutory obligations and keep everyone happy.
