Wellbeing Days

Actively invest in staff wellbeing

In support of promoting Wellbeing and Self-care, we are delighted to offer a Wellbeing Day Service to help employers take a proactive approach to their workforce wellbeing.

The office of National Statistics reported that in 2022 an estimated 185.6 million working days were lost because of sickness or injury, which was a record high, reinforcing that it has never been more important to actively invest in staff wellbeing.

The general format of the day includes three educational sessions in the morning (there are 8 different topics to choose from – see provisional agenda below) and then in the afternoon our clinicians will run up to 4 simultaneous hands-on clinics, which will be open to all staff on a pre-booked basis, according to availability. By choosing the topics for the morning sessions, you are able to create a bespoke day which aligns with your specific workforce needs and priorities. The Wellbeing Day takes place at your offices for maximum convenience to staff.

How our days work

Please take a look an example agenda below. To secure your day, please click on the ‘Book Now’ button below.

Please note the number of employees able to attend a clinic is limited in a half day, so you may need to consider more than a single Wellbeing Day depending on your office based headcount.

Once we have received your booking form, we will be in touch to secure your date, advise of costs and finalise any other details.
